This experience starts meeting the official guide at the Racó de L’Olla Visitor Center. There, the guide, also a bird watching specialist, will explain to us about the natural formation and evolution that has taken place over time up to the present, such as the different uses that have appeared in biodiversity and the current state of conservation. We will continue the tour of accessible paths through the Devesa forest, located on a major migration flyway, and consisting of a diverse range of habitats and ecosystems. We will stroll towards the observatories to enjoy bird watching. The guide will explain to us how to identify the different bird species by their characteristics.
Afterwards, we will go to El Palmar jetty, from where we will start a boat trip through Albufera Park with the accompaniment of the official guide. After the boat trip, we will enjoy a traditional Paella menu in an accessible restaurant in Palmar.
During this wheelchair accessible experience in the Albufera National Park, we will discover the importance of a wetland and how essential it is to preserve these habitats for birds and biodiversity. Finally, we will return to the Port of Valencia.
