The Manzano family has run the hotel for nearly 40 years, creating a comforting, close-knit atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel offers other rooms, such as standard rooms located in the attic of the palace, which make them perfect for a cozy vacation. Special rooms are located in the palace’s tower and come with a tub and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The JS Rubianes is an exceptional room with a rich history that comes with a jacuzzi and a king bed. All guests will have access to the breakfast and the restaurant on site. The restaurant uses ingredients grown in the onsite garden or from local areas.
