Free time to visit Deia, a beautiful town on the so-called Majorcan North Coast, located between the Sierra de Tramuntana and the sea.
Its town center, remains unchanged over time, with its old Majorcan houses, and is a traditional place of residence for painters and artists. In the upper part of the nucleus stands the parish church, whose origin dates back to the end of the 15th century. The temple, with a single nave, is attached to an old defensive tower that was later transformed into a bell tower.
Nearby is the Archduke Luis Salvador Museum. Located in Son Marroig, it exhibits the archduke’s personal effects to the public, as well as various collections of painting, Phoenician, Greco-Roman and Hispano-Arabic ceramics.
