Then the tour proceeds for a visit to the nearby Bizkaia Bridge, which joins the riverbanks at Portugalete and Las Arenas. Afterward, we will visit the popular Guggenheim Museum, a striking fish-shaped structure built by Frank Gehry in the late 20th century. Built of shimmering titanium and glass, the building put Bilbao on the worldwide map. Next, we will enjoy a guided walk around the Old Quarter, where we will see the most important places in the area, such as the Teatro Arriaga, the old stevedoring port, and San Nicholas Church.
On our last stop, we will visit the charming fishing village of Getaria, one of the most beautiful coastal villages of the Basque Country.
