Our Timanfaya NP and Mirador del Río Tour in Lanzarote will give you the opportunity to visit one of the most amazing parks in the world that includes more than 25 volcanoes, some of which are emblematic, such as the Montañas del Fuego, Montaña Rajada or the Caldera del Corazoncillo. Also, we will visit Salinas de Janubio, the Hervidero, the Gulf and enjoy the beautiful views of the Mirador de Femés and Mirador del Río.
We will discover the volcanic activity following the route to Echadero de Camellos. Here you will have the chance to ride a camel (Optional choice although is not accessible for everyone). Your visit will include the Route of the Volcanoes and the Geothermal Experiments. During the trip we will stop at the famous Mirador de Femés to enjoy the views of the south of the island and the famous strait of la bocaina, the arm of the sea that separates the islands of Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.
We will make a panoramic visit through “Salinas de Janubio“, which are the largest salt flats and have the greatest landscape value on the islands. They are considered the emblem of the culture of salt in the Canary Islands. Afterwards, we will enjoy the great spectacle of the volcanic coast, Los Hervideros, where the Atlantic Ocean crashes against the coast and rises, creating an optical illusion that seems to boil the water. Before finishing our visit in Timanfaya NP, we will visit the Gulf, a unique enclave resulting from the eruptions of Timanfaya. You will love it!
After visiting the Timanfaya National Park, we will take you on a panoramic view of La Geria area, a visit to La Geria Winery. As the last stop in our Timanfaya NP and Mirador del Río Tour in Lanzarote, we will go to the Mirador del Rio, which is practically accessible although there are areas with unevenness. There, we will enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Lanzarote and the Chinijo Archipelago. Finally, your driver and guide will take you back to your hotel in Lanzarote.
