Embark on a guided wheelchair accessible tour of Ebro Delta National Park tour that takes you through El Delta de l’Ebre and visits its largest lagoons. Admire the natural beauty that surrounds it and keep your eyes open to spot all the Delta´s wildlife.
The first stop on the tour will be the Botanic Garden and the viewpoint El Mirador de la Fusta. The Casa de Fusta is one of the most distinctive elements of the Ebre Delta. It was built in the late 1920s by a group of hunters who were attracted by the variety and number of birds that inhabited this natural space. It is currently the interpretation center of the Ebre Delta Natural Park, located in the Encanyissada lagoon. Outside the Casa de Fusta there is a beautiful viewpoint with views of the Laguna de la Encanyissada, an ideal spot for bird watching.
Next you will discover the tower of Sant Juan. It’s a small set of ruins located in the northern part of Alfacs Bay. Then visit one of the most photographed wild beaches in Tarragona: El Trabucador, a 6km sandy stretch with a beautiful and unique landscape. Next we will take the Delta Boat ride, accessed through a ramp (No tie downs inside the boat but the ride is very stable due to the conditions at Delta) to admire amazing views from the lagoons.
To end our wheelchair accessible tour of Ebro Delta National Park, we will stop at a local restaurant located in the park offering true local rice from Delta. You will enjoy a great meal with your knowledgeable guide.
