The chef will guide you to get the best flavor from one of the 7 gastronomic wonders of this country. We will learn how to make the Coriander Mojo, Parsley Mojo and Red Mojo. While the mojos are being made, we will enjoy ourselves at Bodegas Monje tasting three glasses of young Canarian wines. A glass of Dragoblanco (young white wine) accompanied by a Watercress butter, a glass of Hollera (red wine produced using carbonic maceration) accompanied by “Almogrote” and a glass of Monje Tradicional (young red wine) accompanied by Canarian Chorizo and also wrinkled potatoes.
