We will go together to the Central Market where we will walk through its corridors and buy the fresh products necessary to cook a good Valencian paella. While we make the purchase we will learn about the origin of the famous “Paella valenciana” and the customs and culture of the Valencians. Then, we will enjoy some delicious tapas accompanied by sangria, beer, water…
After the Central Market visit, we will stroll to the place where the chef will be waiting for us to start the workshop. The space is fully accessible, it is adapted with low tables with lower room underneath, where you will prepare the fresh products and cook comfortably. The chef will explain step by step the preparation of the authentic Paella Valenciana, we will cook it and then we will taste it. Also, we will accompany the paella with a Valencian tomato salad, Valencian wines, seasonal fruit, typical Valencian sponge cake, sweet wine and coffee.
