Meet your neighborhood food guide for an experience you will never forget! This accessible food tour in Madrid is the best way to experience the amazing flavors of the city.

Explore the food markets of Malasaña, one of Madrid’s most famous neighborhoods. You will start your gastronomic journey at a classic wine and tapas bar in the neighbourhood, trying Spains most famous wines and cheeses. After a good introduction, we will stroll through the barrio neighborhood.

Next, we will make our way to a fresh foods market. We will meet with a fruits and veggie expert, as well as many other food stands. You will gain knowledge on the many different caterers in the market and their specialties, while you try and stop to try one of Spain’s top products: cured Iberian Ham, Gildas and different varieties of Olives. To end our journey, we will feast with a hearty tapas dinner and drinks. Pedro and Carlos’s bar sources all of their ingredients from inside the market. Highlights

This Tour follows a route of a bar and a Food Market in Malasaña neighborhood of Madrid, which provides flat leveled paved streets all along the way. The first bar of the Tour has step-free access and its door is >70 cm wide (>30 inches). The Food Market provides access through lifts and provides flat level pavement all along. The eating stop provide a reserved seating at dining tables with standard height. All stops provide an adapted toilet with grab bars and >1,5 m space to turn.

The Tour includes stops at bars and restaurants that provide step free access, standard dining table height, short distance wheels /walks and 1-2 adapted toilets in the route. It’s available in English and Spanish. There are all possible food options, diets and allergies.
